DRIVEN AXLE

All tippers are available with mechanical or hydraulic driven axle. For more traction, the contact pressure can also be increased hydraulically.

LOW LOADER FUNCTION

With the hydraulic drawbar, the platform can be lowered to the rear. This makes loading and unloading easier. The drawbar is also height adjustable and hydropneumatically suspended.

HIGH TIPPING ANGLE

The telescopic hydraulic cylinder with many stages allows a high lifting force and tipping angle of over 45°. For side tipping, all trailers are equipped with an automatic limit function.

BALL TIP BEARING

The particularly strong ball tip bearings are maintenance free and ensure higher load capacity and less bearing play. Only with LOCHMANN tippers with integrated locking: LOCHMANN TIPPING SYSTEM (patented)

SIDE PANELS

Side panels and extension sides are available in different materials: steel, aluminium, Hardox, and in different profiles: the especially strong "polygonal", the smooth double wall "Comas", or the lightly profiled "Profilcar"

SIDE OPENING REAR TAILGATE

This rear tailgate has a hinge with 2 functions, allowing the panel to open both sideways and downward as a swing tailgate.
